Les Biscuits

La Sablésienne continues the biscuit-making tradition of the Petit Sablé, a recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation since 1670, when the Marquise de Sablé, our first ambassador, introduced this little round biscuit to the king's court. Since then, this famous Petit Sablé made with pure fresh butter, along with our other recipes such as meringues, soufflés, fondants, cat's tongue biscuits, and more, have continued to delight gourmets and food lovers around the world who appreciate fine, high-quality French artisan biscuits.
