Le Petit Sablé
The round, jagged and crunchy Sablé, the famous Petit Sablé, comes in several flavors for the joy of young and old gourmands.

Shaping
The dough for the Sablés is first prepared by La Sablésienne's master pastry chefs using natural ingredients, kneaded into a homogeneous dough. The Petits Sablés are then shaped, stamped and placed on metal plates.

Baking
The Petits Sablés are then baked. After a few minutes, they come out golden and crunchy, just the way we like them.

Picking up
The Petits Sablés are then gently picked up by hand and packed in the bags, cases and metal tins to be shipped to our customers, in France and all over the world.

Meringues, soufflés, fondants and cat's tongues
Handcrafted, find our small fondants, our cat's tongues,
our soufflés, our small meringues and our meringue macaroons.

Dressing
The doughs for our meringues, macaroons, soufflés, fondants and langues de chat are prepared by hand by our master pastry chefs, using natural, rigorously selected ingredients. Once ready, they are delicately set on metal plates.

Baking
Once the doughs have been laid out, they are carefully baked and then beautiful, delicious cookies emerge from the oven, ready to be enjoyed.

Le Chocolat
La Sablésienne isn't just cookies, it's chocolate too! It has its own chocolate factory in the heart of its cookie factory in Sablé-sur-Sarthe!
Les Biscuits BIO
Bio, good and beautiful: this is the philosophy that guides our master pastry chefs in the development of our organic cookies. A pioneer in the field, La Sablésienne was one of the first cookie makers to be certified by Ecocert back in the 1980s.
With its in-depth knowledge of local supply chains, acquired over the decades, it has refined its know-how to offer a generous, gourmet organic range, designed to delight young and old alike.
