How does the loyalty program work?
Les Rendez-vous de la Marquise is La Sablésienne's loyalty program, which allows you to earn points with every purchase you make. These points allow you to reach the different levels of the program, called "Les statuts de la Cour". These statutes allow you to benefit from exclusive advantages.
You can become a member by following the link on our website or directly in store. You will receive an SMS to validate your registration.
Court member: you become a Court member as soon as you sign up for the loyalty program. For those who already have a customer account, you will be able to collect your point balance in-store.Member of Honor: this status is obtained when a member accumulates 150 points. You will receive a message as soon as the 150-point threshold is reached.
Member Marquis(e): this status is obtained when a member accumulates 300 points. You'll receive a message as soon as the 300-point threshold is reached.
Each purchase earns you points, 1€ = 1 point on your account. For example, if you make a purchase worth €30, you'll earn 30 extra points on your account. Collecting points gives you access to higher statuses and exclusive benefits. You start accumulating points as soon as you sign up for our program.
You can find your points balance and benefits in your webapp. A gauge shows you how many points you have, so you can see how many points you still need to earn to reach the top status. You'll also find your current status and associated benefits.
The 10% offered on opening the card is valid for 1 month, starting from a purchase of €30. The €10 voucher for every 150 points is valid for 3 months. Your birthday gift is valid for 1 month.
The loyalty program works on the La Sablésienne website and in-store. When you arrive at the checkout, present the QR Code available in your webapp. The checkout hostess will scan it and your points will be automatically tallied.
We don't send many SMS, but you can unsubscribe from communications at any time.
