The product
This Gunpowder, also known as “Zhucha” or “Pearl Tea”, is one step ahead of its predecessor in terms of finesse. Like the classic, this tea is slowly dried in rotating drums. This constant rotation gives the tea its spherical shape. Temple of Heaven” is a very tightly twisted ball, indicating a high quality grade. The aroma is slightly sweeter than that of the standard grade, and not as tart. This tea can be enjoyed at any time of day. If you find this infusion still too acidic, you can also pour off the first infusion. This also removes much of the caffeine. 1-3 minutes infusion 75° - 80° C water temperature 4-5 level teaspoons/1 liter
