The founder of Treilles Gourmandes, Jacques Boucher, passionate about cooking, concocted foie gras terrines for his friends which, through word of mouth, more and more of them ordered for the end of year celebrations. This is how TREILLES GOURMANDES was born in 1986 at Lion d’Angers in the heart of Anjou, 20 km from Angers. Located in a magnificent 19th century farmhouse, the company has continued to expand to appeal to professionals and gourmets.
