Effervescent, Poiré is a slightly alcoholic disaltering drink that can be compared to cider. Obtained by fermentation of pear juice, the Poiré du Maine is developed according to traditional methods of the 19th century. This makes it a fine, fresh and subtle drink with the pale yellow dress in gold.
