All these cookies are made in hand made by the pastry masters of the Biscuiterie La Sablesienne who use noble ingredients such as good fresh butter and eggs of high -air chicken.

Raspberry chips meringues :Sugar, egg whites, raspberry nuggets 7% (raspberry puree, sucrose, apple, dextrose, pineapple fiber, aroma)
Quiriga chocolate-coated almonds : Sugar, almonds 21%, cocoa butter, whole powdered milk, 6% nougat cream (almonds, sugar, glucose syrup, honey, natural vanilla flavor, potato starch, egg albumin), paste of Cocoa, gum arabic, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanillin, coating agents (glucose syrup, e904) % white chocolate 60 % can contain traces of peanuts
Orange peel covered with dark chocolate : Confit orange bark strips (orange bark, sucrose, glucose syrup - fructose), 55% dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa bean, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract)
Plain butter cookies : Wheat flour, fresh butter 21.2%, sugar, outdoor farming eggs, salt, skimmed milk powder, sodium bicarbonate
