Fall for this gourmet gif idea ! This lovely box contains an assortment of four biscuit recipes made in Sablé-sur-Sarthe by our pastry chefs.

All these cookies are made in hand made by the pastry masters of the Biscuiterie La Sablesienne who use noble ingredients such as good fresh butter and eggs of high -air chicken.

Lemon fondant: Wheat flour, Fresh butter 23.7%, Sugar, eggs, citron chips pectine 8.5% (sucrose, pectin 21.8%, lemon pulp 19.6%, oat fiber, lemon essential oil, tripotassic citrate, curcumin), Natural lemon flavor 0.34%

Almond soufflés: Sugar, Almonds 17.8% Wheat flour, Egg whites from outdoor farming

Salted butter caramel macarons: Sugar, Egg whites, Almond powder, Caramel nuggets 5.7% (sugar, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, butter 10%, Guérande salt 0.3%)

Raspberry chips shortbread: Wheat flour, Fresh butter 20.6%, Sugar, Raspberry chips 6.9% (raspberry puree, sucrose, apple, dextrose, pineapple fiber, aroma), Eggs, Salt, Skimmed milk powder, Baking powder: sodium bicarbonate

Made in a workshop that also uses sesame, soybeans, hull fruits and cereals containing gluten, milk and butter
