THE SHORTBREAD Round, serrated and crunchy, the famous Petit Sablé is available in several flavors to delight young and old gourmands.
Shaping
The shortbread dough is first prepared in an artisanal way by the pastry chefs of La Sablesienne with natural ingredients which are kneaded to make a homogeneous dough. Then the small shortbread cookies are formed, stamped and placed on metal plates.
Cooking
Then, the little shortbreads are cooked and after a few minutes, they come out golden and crunchy as we like them.
Pickup
The small shortbread cookies are then delicately picked up by hand and packaged in bags, cases and metal boxes to then be shipped to our customers in France and all over the world.

Cooking
Once prepared, the pasta is carefully cooked and then magnificent and delicious biscuits come out of the oven ready to be enjoyed.
