Our shortbreads are handcrafted by the pastry chefs of the Sablésienne according to the recipe which has been transmitted from generation to generation since 1670 in Sablé. There are noble ingredients in our region such as good fresh butter, eggs in high -air pools; Without coloring, conservative, without additive.
